Exercises also boost your fertility. As you work your endocrine system, endorphins will be released to foster a sense of well-being that actually assists you during the conception process. How It Helps during Infertility Treatment
Exercise also helps in infertility treatment if you're thinking of it.
It makes good sense to keep fit and be at your optimum health before you begin any infertility treatment. This way, your body will be able to cope with the various drugs and procedures, and you'll recover more quickly after each treatment.
Again, go for routines that are fun and easy, anything that you enjoy. Any exercise that involves stretching and strengthening is good. But do give yourself a break if you're really suffering from bad side-effects from your treatment. Resume your activities only when you're up to it. However, if you really can't do more, just walking is better than nothing.

Warning - Too Much of It will Harm Your Body
Although exercising is generally good for health, there is a connection between execessive exercising and infertility. Excessive physical training put too much stress on the body and is damaging to conception.
Research has found that extreme sportsmen and women; marathon runners, gymnasts, dancers, elite athletes and people who do daily high-level aerobic exercise to maintain a particular body weight, shape, stamina and competency may experience infertility problems.
By placing undue physical pressure on your body, you can upset its natural hormonal balance. You'll disrupt your menstruation cycle and may experience irregular periods and the absence of periods. You won't ovulate properly and thus compromise your capacity to conceive.
Professional sportsmen and women could temporarily stop these pursuits while planning for a family. They can always resume training after having children.
However, if you are not in these categories of extreme sports pursuers, you're unlikely to experience these problems even if you consider yourself to be quite active.
